Team Locum are supporting one of the UK’s leading Optical and Hearing Care providers and on the lookout for a Optical Store Manager based in Staffordshire.

Our ideal candidate will lead by example, be energetic with the ability to motivate your team.
You will work closely with the Regional Manager and be the main point of contact for your colleagues and help guide them in completing their job.

You’ll have responsibility in managing day-to-day operations, making sure financial & performance goals are met and supporting with the recruitment and induction of new staff members.

Having previous experience within the Optical field is essential to give you a kick start into your role.

This role would suit someone who has experience as an Optical Retail Manager or a Dispensing Optician/Practice Manager.
