Job Description

Do you have previous Optical Experience and are looking for something different?

Team Locum is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Assistant to support a leading Optical business based in Manchester.

Your duties will include communicating with customers, handling enquiries, and data entry.

We are looking for candidates who have clear communication skills and previous experience submitting NHS Optical claim forms.

Key details:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 08.30-5.30
  • No weekends!
  • £26,500 basic pay

Previous experience within an Optical role is essential for this position.
