Are you a skilled salesperson with experience in optics? This cold be the perfect role for you

Team Locum are working with an opticians in Sheffield who require an optical assistant to support their three neighbouring stores.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate optical products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Upsell products
  • guide customers through sales experience, offer advice and other options
  • Provide detailed information about lenses, frames, and other optical accessories.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about the latest optical trends and technologies to better assist customers.

Qualifications

  • A flair for sales and customer service is essential
  • Familiarity with optical products
  • Optical experience desired but not 100% essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Driving licence/ access to a car
