Team Locum are hiring an Optical Assistant to support a well-established store based in Feltham.

You will join a vibrant team with a wealthy amount of combined experience in the industry, as well as a fantastic culture and fast paced and busy environment.

This can include but is not limited to

• Assisting with schedule management
• Assisting with dispensing
• Supporting your patient and taking the time to understand their requirements.
• Being the face of store, delivering the highest quality customer service
• Helping customers choose their frames

This is the perfect role for someone looking to work with a company that can offer progression and career development.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience within an optic’s role, ideally some exposure with conducting pre-screening and dispensing of frames.

Additional training and support will be given.

This is a contracted role, with the option of a full or part time contract. Basic salary of £25,000 with additional benefits.

The store is open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can have some flexibility with regards to weekend work. (max hours are 42 per week)
