Job Description

Are you an Optical Assistant looking for a new opportunity, or maybe you have some management experience and would like to transfer your skill set? We have the perfect role for you!

 

Based in the scenic town of Blandford, a leading Optical business is looking for a new Store Manager.

 

You will be supporting the daily functions of the branch, as well as motivating and encouraging your team.

 

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Handling customer enquires
  • Delegating tasks to your team
  • Supporting with pre-screening
  • Dispensing of frames
  • Working alongside your area manager on business development

 

You will benefit from their leading training and onboarding process as well as other benefits including:

  • A basic salary of £26,000 + Bonus (OTE £30,000)
  • 28 days annual leave
  • Staff discounts

 

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience in an Optical role
  • Dispensing of frames
  • Previous experience within a management role- not essential but desired
